Our Personal Relocation Assistants
Every relocation assistant working in our clients' homes has particular specialties. But they all have three things in common. They demonstrate maturity, possess caring personalities and hold an understanding of older adult needs. Their backgrounds include teaching, social work, restaurant management, accounting, corporate relocation , and parenting to name a few. Most hold degrees and all move assistants are skilled for tasks related to each client’s relocation plan.
Move Helpers personal move assistants are more than "packers." They’re teammates who step up to face challenges that require caring, resourceful minds to address clients' needs. They understand that each client, and their move, is utterly unique. That’s why Move Helpers assistants must be of the highest character - skilled, patient, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about their work - even under the most trying of times and situations.
Our team regularly discusses issues (loneliness, life review, aging process, etc.) that impact our senior clients so they can be adept in addressing each situation in the right fashion.
